2021 is right around the corner, and you know what it means?! People are coming up with new and exciting innovations! 2020 has been the year where everyone was at a standstill, making it hard for those to build their businesses. Whatever the case was, this is a new year for new opportunities to come. Here are our top people you should watch out for in 2021!
1. Jaden Smith
Smith and Drew Fitzgerald were tired of how water bottles were primarily made with all the plastic occupying our oceans and planet, so they decided to come up with a new and environmentally friendly way to produce water bottles with a purpose. They are making reusable and sustainable water bottles that you can use for a very long time and not feel guilty when you throw them away! They also have sent out water filters to places with no clean water, like Flint, Michigan. They were tired of people not accessing clean water, so they took matters into their own hands by sending out these water purifiers. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two!
2. Heath Hussar and Zane Hizaji
YouTubers Hussar and Hizaji, well known from their podcast “Zane and Heath Unfiltered” and famously known from the Vlog Squad, recently came out with their very own coffee brand called Kramoda Coffee! They have a pre-order option on their site, so it’s worth the wait to try their excellent brew. Who doesn’t want to try new brands?! Try this one, and you might be shocked. Super excited to see what they have brewing for us in the incoming up year.
3. Chris Klemens
Another YouTuber on this is the list! Klemens is one amazing YouTuber who speaks on social injustice and another big topic of teachers not getting the supplies they need. Klemens has been working with teachers around the United States to fulfill their Amazon Wish List to get the supplies they need for their classroom and their students. He also has a clothing brand called Middle Kid, which celebrates individualism, boldness and a good time! We shall see what he does this year!
4. Mette Lykke
This young entrepreneur Mette Lykke created this fantastic app, Too Good To Go, that helps restaurants give away their left-over food at specific locations and sells it for a lower price. Instead of throwing away food at the end of the day, she has created a new innovative way to help restaurants stay afloat during these crucial times. With COVID-19 being around, it is effortless to get off the wagon and waste food. With this app, she has made it super easy for any consumer to buy food that won’t break the bank or go off on their budget.
5. Brighton and Sasha Sloan
These two fabulous entrepreneurs Brighton and Sasha Sloan created a brand new clothing line, Archive Sunday, that is sustainable and eco-friendly. So not only are you wearing fabulous clothing, but you’re doing something good for the planet! They recently came to light using TikTok and have been using that platform to spread their message worldwide. They created this clothing line to make fashion look and feel better, but they want to break the typical clothing production mold, which means using less material and a smaller carbon footprint! Pretty awesome!
