This piece of tech combines fitness and GPS tracking with a smart fence and proven training methods. How do we know these training methods work? Halo All-In-One Smart Collar features
The Halo has all the normal features of a smart dog collar, but it takes them to the next level. First, it has a fitness tracker. Next is GPS tracking. Halo goes a step further by adding Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) technology. When it comes to watching over man’s best friend, satellites are the guardian angels in the sky. This technology is better than the GPS in smartphones. The collar also has smart fence technology, where you set a custom boundary for your pet. No need for physical wires buried under the ground. Your virtual boundary can traverse streams, rivers, driveways and more.
Custom boundaries and expert training methods
Let’s say Scruffy approaches the custom boundary. She’ll feel some warning vibrations from the collar. If she reaches the border, it will trigger a customized voice command. You can preset the collar with your voice saying “Scruffy come home!” But if not even your voice could pull her out of the trance, the collar will go into emergency mode. It notifies you and gives you real-time data on Scruffy’s location and activity. But let’s say that Scruffy does hear your voice and decides to go back home. The collar will release your pre-recorded positive reinforcements as a part of Millan’s dog psychology.
