In a world where people are so obsessed with internet bullying, especially against children, the Smith’s children, have always maintained their upmost refrain from twitter rants or defamation of their family’s name.
Will Smith raised some pretty terrible kids https://t.co/OAJ3df0aMD

Oscars boycott or not, the Smith’s family especially Will and Jada, are slowly getting defamed following the decision to boycott the controversial 2016 Oscars. The entertainment circus, yeah that is what it is, a circus, prides themselves in throwing people’s reputation and hard work into chaos and conflict. The NY Post especially, made a huge attempt to take the Smiths family off their high pedestals, striping them of everything they ever perceived as prideful and denounce hard earned legacy. Attacking their career choices and dedicated an entire article to Will and Jada’s offspring. The NY Post recently published an article titled, “Any reasonable parent would be ashamed of Will Smith’s kids” by Kyle Smith. He writes:
“We don’t know for sure that Will and Jada Pinkett Smith are the most horrible parents on Earth. But the case for that seems strong when you consider their überentitled, brainless, self-adoring, twaddle-spewing little munchkins.” – Kyle Smith
In a recent interview with GQ Magazine, which will be released on newsstands and digitally on March 27th, Jaden issued a statement defending his views on fashion and accepting the job to model in female clothing for Louis Vuitton.
When asked by GQ Magazine about his views on closing the gender divide in fashion, his response was:
“I feel like people are kind of confused about gender norms. I feel like people don’t really get it. I’m not saying that I get it, I’m just saying that I’ve never seen any distinction. I don’t see man clothes and woman clothes, I just see scared people and comfortable people.” – Jaden Smith.
Jaden Smith is not alone on this mission. Gender neutral clothes can be closely associated with the Native African way of dressing. Men are seen wearing tailored suits with bold and bright colors, patterns and gender neutral print styles. This long T-Shirt, also known as a Kaftan, can be perceived as a long dress from a westernized perspective, however, I can personally assure you these men own up to their masculinity and in no way represent femininity or cross dressing. Instead they are bold enough and free enough to proudly wear what looks and feels most comfortable to them. Men wear embroidery on their clothes too, Americans are just late to the game.
At some point, the world should understand that clothes do not determine an individuals sexual orientation. Fashion is just a momentary self expression. Trends come and they go, but there is nothing new under the sun. It is the same dance, just a different tune.
I personally can respect a young man who can go against the grain, and march to the beat of his own drums, challenging the status quo, and creating his own voice and legacy.
I can imagine what it is like, living under the shadow of his famous parents, and most notable, his father Will. GIANT shoes to fill, but Jaden is off to a great start, because he has the internet world buzzing with their eyebrows raised. GQ also inquired about his relationship with his sister, Willow. Jaden said:
“I’d say it’s like full-on sibling brain connection. I’d say that she’s definitely the female version of me, one hundred percent, in every single way. And I’d say I’m the male version of her.”
