We are thrilled to announce that Bold is partnering with The Huffington Post and Bustle to host a women’s conference in Washington D.C. on Inauguration Day. Called “Watch Us Run,” the conference is a non-partisan event bringing together influential figures in politics, media, the arts and activism to increase women’s involvement in public service.
We are so excited to join this empowering project. As Bustle says, “we are turning Inauguration Day into a non-partisan platform for action.” With guests like Evan McMullin, Michael Moore and Ashley Judd and panels like “How To Build Grassroots Momentum” and “What Does It Take To Run For Office?” the conference is sure to be amazing.
The conference will be held in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The entire day is free! We want to bring people together for a day of sharing, learning, a little bit of eating and drinking, and a lot of organizing for change.
Will you be in D.C.? Join us! Here’s the registration link!
After you register, send the link to your friends! All are welcome (and that includes men, of course) and this event is family-friendly.
If you can’t attend in person, attend online. We’ll be live-streaming the event from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on HuffPost Women’s Facebook account. Also, follow our hashtag #WatchUsRun for updates.
We’re already getting buzz from media outlets like The Washington Post covering our panelists and attendees.

- UNFPA Global Goodwill Ambassador Ashley Judd
