We’re excited that Bold is making our debut in The Washington Post in an article about our upcoming women’s conference on Inauguration Day. This is exciting, and we appreciate the mention (#startuplife)! We’re partnering with The Huffington Post and Bustle for the conference called Watch Us Run. We will focus on increasing women in politics/activism.
“They’re slated to take part in a day-long series of panels and programs put on by The Huffington Post, the women-focused website Bustle, and multimedia platform Bold and aimed at boosting women’s involvement in politics and activism. The Watch Us Run event, held at the National Press Club, is nonpartisan, but definitely has the feel of counter-programming to the Trump-ian festivities happening along Pennsylvania Avenue.”
We are thrilled to be included alongside such a phenomenal list of media companies and to be part of this great project. With guests like Evan McMullin, Michael Moore and actresses Ashley Judd and Amber Tamblyn and panels like “How To Build Grassroots Momentum” and “What Does It Take To Run For Office?” the conference is sure to be amazing.
Having powerful women from different careers and politics come together and collaborate should happen more often!
